The purpose of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) is to develop policy and programs that attract, train, and retain manufacturing workers across industrial sectors throughout the US. At heart, they are the catalyst for a collective spirit of adventurers who are called to bring what is needed into being. Their practice of organizing, providing, and distributing the right resources to millions of prospects takes many forms, and operates on multiple levels.
It’s already a complex operation. Then, enter the pandemic.
When COVID-19 lockdowns disrupted NAM’s Creators Wanted mobile tour, we partnered with Advoc8 to deliver virtual streaming success. We also developed and launched NAM’s Creators Wanted website—an interactive hub for those looking to enter or advance a career in modern manufacturing—that will ultimately reach 15–20 million students and emerging workers.
With our help, NAM overcame unexpected trials in a complicated environment, and was able to take control of sophisticated processes to deliver resources greatly needed by the vast community of modern manufacturing hopefuls. The results look cool, the experience is in-depth, and everyone from roboticists to chemists and manufacturing accountants found new potential within reach.
